"Rudy is a joke, as is State Farm. Rudy has NEVER returned a phone call or email and has offered us ZERO assistance on our homeowner's claim from 2024 storm. Have been fighting State Farm for TWO YEARS with no assistance or concern from Rudy or anyone is his office."
